Climate Experts Needed!
Get onboard and help us answer questions from tomorrow's experts.
Do you have a passion for the world we live in?
If you are a climate scientist, conservation biologist, fire scientist, chemist, lawyer, philosopher, social scientist, engineer, psychologist, oceanographer, Indigenous knowledge holder or health expert. We want to hear from you.
You will help us answer climate related questions put forward by school children across Tasmania.
You can answer either in written form or by recording a video. All videos are posted on Youtube and available to the whole world. We prefer videos because they are more engaging.
There's also the opportunity to visit schools to talk about your research and answer questions about climate change.
Use the form below to register your interest and we'll get back to you very soon to discuss your application further.
Who is behind Curious Climate Schools?
Curious Climate Schools is run by climate change and education researchers the University of Tasmania. It’s funded by the Tasmanian Climate Change Office, the University’s College of Science and Engineering, and the University’s Centre for Marine Socioecology (CMS). Curious Climate Schools builds on the first successful Curious Climate project which answered climate questions in communities around Tasmania.
